Allison's Story

I contacted French Services because I wanted to negotiate privately with a French vendor. I had already bought one French property and wanted to bid for a neighbouring one on behalf of my parents. Jenny Gardner did this on our behalf and because I found her so helpful, approachable and knowledgeable I asked her to help us all the way through the transaction.

I was pregnant at the time and would have found the whole procedure very stressful, if it hadn't have been for Jenny's guidance, positive attitude and good humour. She built up a friendly working relationship with the notaire and his staff also asking very relevant questions which affected the way our particular contract was drafted.

French Services Accompanied Visit

We are hoping to settle in France this summer, with my parents and our baby daughter, so we are eager to fit in with and learn about the local French community. In March 2008 we took Jenny Gardner to France with us to meet the Notaire, to visit the Mairie, to organise building work and to find out about local schools, job and business opportunities.

All the French people we met were impressed with her level of French. Not only has she done a fantastic job, she has become a good friend and we hope the friendship remains for many years to come.

I would have no hesitation in recommending French Services. Jenny has been a God send to us and has been a total pleasure to work with.
